WELLNESS
The goal of the Kingsport Senior Center Wellness Program is to
assist seniors in adopting positive behaviors that will lead to
healthier lives and to integrate social, mental, emotional,
spiritual and physical wellness into everyday life.
The Kingsport Senior Center offers area seniors an extensive
choice of activities including a variety of exercise classes,
sports, and a fully equipped fitness center. Here are some examples
of the type Wellness Classes Offered:

Abs & Back Exercise
- Aerobics
- Exercise For Every Body
- Strength Training
- Tai-Chi
- Yoga
- Line Dance
- Ballroom Dance
- Clogging
- Belly Dance
- Lap Swim

Recreational sports opportunities include Badminton, Basketball,
Billiards, Darts, Golf, Horseshoes, Pickle-Ball, Shuffleboard,
Table Tennis, Volleyball and many more.
Other programs directed toward wellness include blood pressure
checks, frequent health seminars on varied topics, an annual
Wellness Fair and health screenings. Check the newsletter, calendar,
