ARTS AND CRAFTS
Arts & Crafts Calendar
Arts and Crafts classes feature painting,
ceramics, clay, woodshop, woodcarving, knitting, quilting, and
basket weaving. An annual arts and crafts show is held in the gallery.

COMPUTER CLASSES
Computer Class Calendar
The Center offers Computer classes in Basic Computer,
Keyboarding, Email, Word Processing, Desktop Publishing and
Internet. Free lab time is available for members anytime that classes are
not in session.

DANCE CLASSES
Dance Class Calendar
Dance classes provide social interaction along with exercise and include Line-dancing, Ballroom
Dance, Clogging, and Belly Dance.

EXERCISE CLASSES
Exercise Calendar
Many types and levels of Exercise Classes are available including Exercise for Every
Body, Aerobics, Yoga, Pilates, Leg Conditioning, Strength
Training, Abs and Back, Lap Swimming, and Tai Chi.
