The Kingsport Senior Center facility is owned by the City of Kingsport and managed through the Leisure Services Department. This organization has been serving area mature adults since 1960. (See HISTORY ) It is located in a beautifully restored historic school building on Center Street near downtown Kingsport.

Mission Statement: The Kingsport Senior Center is a community resource dedicated to enriching quality of life for area seniors.

Value Statement: The Center values advocacy of senior issues, promotes stimulating educational opportunities, and encourages community involvement and volunteerism.
